1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options for your convenience:

2. Secure Payment Processing

All payments are processed through trusted providers such as Shopify Payments and Stripe. Every transaction is protected with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to ensure your personal and payment details remain secure.

3. Payment Currency

All transactions are processed in GBP (British Pounds Sterling).

If you are shopping from outside the UK, your bank or card issuer may automatically convert the amount to your local currency. Any exchange rates or international transaction fees are set by your financial institution.

4. Paying with PayPal

Selecting PayPal at checkout will redirect you to PayPal’s secure payment page. You can log in with your PayPal account or choose “Other Payment Options” to pay by card through PayPal’s system.

Important: Orders will be shipped to your PayPal-registered address. Please ensure it’s correct before confirming your payment.

5. Paying with Credit or Debit Card

We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All card payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments or Stripe.

6. Refunds and Disputes

Refunds are issued in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy. Refunds are processed in GBP back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take up to 7 working days to appear in your account.

If you believe there is an incorrect charge, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and resolve the matter promptly.

7. Compliance with UK Consumer Law

This payment policy follows UK consumer protection regulations, ensuring your rights are upheld in cases of billing errors, incorrect charges, or disputes.

8. Refunds & Card Reversals

Refunds are processed in line with our Returns & Refund Policy.
